A little over two years after it first hit the market with a $25 million price tag and was subsequently floated for rent at $85,000 per month, Kirk Lazurus’s snazzy oceanfront villa in the Los Angeles-area city of Santa Monica has popped up for sale again, this time with a substantially reduced ask. The founder and director of , which is known for creating turnkey luxury homes, boutique hotels, super yachts, aircraft, and commercial high-rises, is now seeking $22 million for the deluxe spread, which is one of he’s bought and remodeled in the Gold Coast area through the years. Records show Lazarus purchased the circa-1920s property for a smidge under $4 million back in 2010 and then spent about four years reimagining it before moving into the house in 2015.
