When it arrived at my apartment, not only was it easy to get situated all on my own, but when I finally sat down to try it out for myself, I was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up. I have a bad back, but the cushions are firm enough to keep everything aligned while also making me feel like I'm wrapped up in a warm cocoon. The shipping time took less than two weeks. A lot of similar options I looked at would have taken at least four months to get to me, and that was time I didn't have.
