Prayagraj: The 3rd Institute of electrical and electronic engineering (IEEE) International Conference on Computer Vision and Machine Intelligence ( IEEE CVMI ) will begin at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad, from Oct 19. The two-day international conference will be inaugurated by the chief guest, Prof BB Chaudhuri, Patron-CVMI 24. Prof Chaudhuri, who retired from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, will deliver the keynote address.
Director of IIIT-A, Prof Mukul S Sutaone, Director of ABV-IIITM Gwalior, Prof Sri Niwas Singh, Director of IIIT Bhopal, Prof Ashutosh Kumar Singh, and Prof KC Santosh of the University of South Dakota, USA, will be the guests of honour at the inaugural function. The experts, Prof RK Agrawal from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, Borut Batagelj of the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and Prof Lee Hwee-Kuan from A STAR, Singapore, will also be the keynote speakers. The IEEE CVMI 2024 conference is financially and technically sponsored by IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section and is endorsed by the International Association for Pattern Recognition (IAPR) and technically sponsored by IEEE SPS, UP Chapter.
