It is located between the cities of Barcelona and Valencia , and even though most people would head to these popular areas instead, Morella is definitely worth the trip.

Morella is an ancient walled city that has been named a Site of Cultural Interest. The city is very small, so it's best to take a day trip there if you’re staying somewhere close by. It can be reached by car and you'll be able to visit one of Spain's lesser-known historical and cultural wonders.
