SHE may have started her career as a grid girl often flaunting her long legs and large boobs but Olivia Attwood has evolved into a classy WAG who always looks incredibly chic. And nailing a toned-down appearance has been a lucrative step for the 33-year-old. She was catapulted into the limelight on Love Island in 2017 and then appeared in a slew of reality TV shows - until she decided to forge her way into serious documentary making and presenting.

Known for her sharp wit, no-nonsense attitude and enviable style, it's easy to see why hordes of young women love her. But the way Olivia looks and her glossy Instagram snaps are certainly relevant to her success too. The So Wrong It’s Right podcast host has racked up a jaw-dropping 2.

2 million followers on social media and her profile is full of stunning snaps. Read more celebrity stories These days, Olivia, who tied the knot last year to footballer hubby Bradley Dack , 30, who plays for Gillingham, prefers gentle highlights over peroxide blonde, lip blush over filler and natural-looking breast implants over big “painful” ones. She’s also ditched the high-rise city life of Manchester for a stunning £1 million home in a quaint area of Cheshire , further adding to her classy appeal.

And according to body language expert Judi James, Olivia has six signature poses which have helped her to redefine her appearance. Here we examine Olivia’s masterclass in image re-invention, through the regular poses Olivia constantly rocks to make her mark on the fashion world - and what they signify, according to Judi..

. Most read in Celebrity Judi says: “Her marriage to Bradley Dack has placed Olivia in the super-WAG league, coinciding with a career peak as she currently presents TV documentaries. “But Olivia started out as a grid girl - a hostess at motoring events - before strutting her stuff on Love Island.

"It meant she needed to take control of her own professional destiny by steering her fans and TV producers towards seeing her as more than just another TOWIE girl on the party circuit. “Since she married Bradley she might still release the odd bikini pose but they’re much subtler than the usual thirst trap shots. “Olivia achieved this by slipping smartly and subtly out of her usual, stereotypical body language poses and styling to represent herself in the way that she now wanted to be seen.

“Turning herself into a human emoji, she used visual shorthand to achieve an image upgrade by stealth, telling us who she really is and showing off her real potential using a series of six signature poses to get her message across. “Each of her carefully-crafted poses re-imagines the Attwood brand in a different way.” Hold up: The 'chill girl' pose When Olivia isn’t presenting Loose Women alongside Kaye Adams , Jane Moore and Denise Welch , she’s often pictured showing off her outfit of the day.

And according to Judi, a key characteristic of Olivia’s snaps are her “signature face-touch gesture”. Not only this, but in these ‘chill girl’ snaps, Olivia’s huge diamond ring is often on display. Judi explains: “The status symbols are all there on display, from the huge sun lounger and the two phones to that massive diamond sparkler on her emphatically-displayed ring finger but this is a ‘got it’ pose rather than an aspirational one.

“The ripped skinny jeans have been replaced by some comfy baggys and her make-up-free face is no longer pulled into the classic but desperate-looking selfie pout. “Rather than seeking out the camera, Olivia looks ‘surprised’ by it, curled up girl-next-door style as she takes care of business. “It’s a chilled look that signals the box marked ‘success’ has been ticked and she can now sit back and relax and just be herself.

” From Monster grid girl and Love Island star to daytime telly panellist and respected documentary maker, Olivia Attwood has made a huge career pivot in recent years...

Olivia first started as a Monster grid girl at motorsport events in 2012 when she was 19-years-old, and did it right up until she went into Love Island in 2017. After placing third in the reality show with then-boyfriend Chris Hughes, she starred in their own spin-off series, Chris & Olivia: Crackin' On, in 2018. Later that year, she appeared on Celebs Go Dating and then joined the cast of The Only Way Is Essex in 2019, where she had a number of fiery on-screen rows.

In 2020, the reality TV veteran began starring in her own reality series on ITVBe titled Olivia Meets Her Match, which followed her wedding preparations with footballer Bradley Dack. In 2021, the tide started to turn. Olivia made appearances on household shows Lorraine, Tipping Point: Lucky Stars and Loose Women.

Then, in 2022, ITV commissioned her for her first ever documentary series. She presented Olivia Attwood: Getting Filthy Rich, which explored women selling sexual content online. In June 2023, ITV commissioned Olivia Marries Her Match and made her a regular guest panellist on Loose Women.

Her most recent docu-series, Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection, aired in January this year where she sensitively explored the cosmetic industry. When it comes to Olivia’s “signature face-touch gesture”, Judi explains: “This is a ritual loved by A-listers from Victoria Beckham to Meghan Markle . “The elegant placing of the hand near the face mimes a desire to cover the face to shield it from the camera.

“It’s symbolic of star status as when you start at the bottom you’re gagging to get your face in photos, while being at the top makes you use rituals to suggest you’re so famous you now crave anonymity. “It is also a WAG gesture to show off the size of the rock on the ring finger.” Bada** b**ch: The 'girl power' pose Olivia has always had a knack for finding poses that make her look stylish yet powerful and this one is no exception.

Thanks to tonal dressing and crossing of arms, Olivia clearly signifies her confidence and power. Judi reveals: “Olivia shows off her power chops here by adopting a pose that is the polar opposite to any t**s ‘n a**-style poses of her grid girl days. “Happily encased chin to ankle in a powder blue that matches the set of Loose Women to bond her to their culture, Olivia clearly knows that tonal dressing is said to be the epitome of elegance and class as well as accentuating her height.

“Her leg splay signals confidence and her arms are folded in the ‘Thinking Woman’s’ way that experts and authors often use to suggest intellect and power.” Gaze away: The 'smile of confidence' pose Judi says that Olivia’s classic ‘gaze away’ pose signals her in an “almost regal” light, emphasising her control over the camera. Judi says: “Olivia proves she doesn’t need to court the camera any more, it can come and court her.

“Her pose suggests she’s weathering the attention with polite charm, taking her miles away from the competitively, attention-seeking worlds of Love Island and TOWIE. “Her symmetric Duchenne smile is almost regal here. "Her gaze is fixed away or distracted here as though she’s thinking of other things.

” Pushing boundaries: The 'seeking change' pose But Judi says that whilst Olivia’s posing has enabled her to evolve from a grid girl to a classy presenter, her ‘seeking change’ look is cemented in her WAG lifestyle. The body language pro adds: “This pose screams of a desire to change, with its many nods to the world of the WAG, from the elegant swept-back hair to the expensive-looking dress with the perfectly-matching nails and, of course, the heavily-featured WAG accessory: the cute designer handbag pushed into front of shot. “Olivia’s pose here looks coy and cute with her back arched and her shoulders shrugged while her hands are clasped in front of her torso to avoid any hint of glamour posing.

“Chic and expensive: even the lippy tones with the dress.” Lean on me: The 'non-thirst trap attention-grabbing' pose Long are the days of raunchy thirst-trap bikini pics when it comes to Olivia’s social media grid. According to Judi, instead of showing off her curves in sultry snaps, the ‘dog mum’ now uses her intelligence to speak volumes.

Judi explains: “Olivia no longer uses her curves to create ‘thirst trap’ pics - in poses like this she proves she can invite attention in a more intellectual way. “Her styling is immaculate and she’s added the large-frame glasses to advertise her brain-power. “Leaning back her body language only requires one head-cock to suggest ‘look at me’ or even ‘lean in’ here.

“The clothing speaks more than her selection of bikinis, with the strong red of the jacket exciting interest and pulling in attention despite the way it covers her curves.” Be real: The 'goofy, fun' pose And finally, whilst Olivia’s feed is always incredibly glossy, when it comes to advertising her podcast and promotional deals for brands, it appears that the star isn’t afraid to be herself and let her hair down. Judi says the star is willing to “step off planet Barbie-Perfect”, and every now and then, will show off her “funny, chatty” self.

“With her shaken-up, tousled hair and down-dressed in denim, Olivia folds her arms and leans back to deliver self-effacing gossip about herself as she distorts her beautiful features into a series of gurning shapes," Judi adds. Read More on The US Sun “She’s clearly stepped off planet Barbie-Perfect here to relax and just be herself with this funny, chatty, bean-spilling display that looks aimed to deconstruct all that groomed perfection from her Love Island days. “Adopting the down-to-earth manner of A-listers like Adele , she knows this is the girl that fans can relate to and want to chat with and her goofiness is really a sign of genuine inner confidence.
