Over a dozen businesses are closing early to avoid disruption and violence as anti-immigration protests are planned. Shops, businesses and offices in Brighton and Hastings have been closing their doors early to make sure that staff can remain safe. Other businesses have been boarding up their doors and windows after unsavoury scenes of looting and violence in major UK towns and cities.
