Last week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City was a good return to form. The more I think about it, the more I am into Bronwyn as a housewife. I’m still so impressed by how she handled the news about her child’s grandparents and how she reassured her daughter.

I was looking forward to this episode because I thought it would be Heather’s reckoning for being at the core of so much of this group’s drama, but we got even more than just a confrontation with Heather. We got everyone working their asses off this week. Thank GOD.



This week was all about celebrating Angie’s 25 years of marriage with a Mob Wives-themed party. Of course, this is in reference to Meredith’s accusation that Angie had ties to the Greek Mafia, but a good theme nonetheless. For the first time in a while, every housewife really showed up outfit-wise.

Before we get to the party, we see some groundwork for the fights they plan on having at the party. No matter how much Housewives (or reality TV in general) I watch, I will never get used to using a party as a scene for confrontation. I’d love to be invited to a party with at least one guaranteed fight.

A few days before Angie’s anniversary, we finally see Whitney and Meredith have a real conversation, and Whitey apologizing for how she spoke to Meredith was something I did not expect to see.
