The 'perfect party top' from Marks & Spencer was flying off the rails. It was said to be 'refreshingly different' and have 'just enough sparkle' to avoid 'looking like a sweet wrapper'. M&S said the Autograph top was crafted from sparkly fabric for a "truly glamorous day-to-evening look".
It had been designed in a regular fit with a "flattering" wrap front and "elegant" slash neckline. The top also had added stretch for "extra comfort". Shoppers could pick up the £35 top in two colours - a silver mix or aqua mix.
Sizes eight to 24 were currently available online, however people were warned it 'fits a little small'.
