Monday, November 11, 2024 The Lodhi, New Delhi, is thrilled to welcome Mr. Shabad Ahuja as its new Director of Food and Beverages. With a robust 15-year career in the hospitality industry, Mr.

Ahuja is set to enhance the hotel’s culinary offerings and overall guest experiences. In his capacity as Director, Mr. Ahuja will manage all food and beverage functions, guiding a skilled team to provide outstanding dining experiences.



He will also focus on driving financial growth and implementing creative strategies aimed at elevating guest satisfaction. “We are thrilled to have Mr. Ahuja join us as the Director of Food and Beverages at The Lodhi.

During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in conceptualizing restaurant ideas, managing pre-opening operations, and executing impactful marketing strategies that boosted customer engagement and drove revenue growth.
