The Korean actress who played the role of Song Hye-kyo’s mother in the hit Netflix drama “The Glory” passed away. Actress Park Ji-ah (Park Ji-A) died on Sept. 30 due to cerebral infarction, her agency told Korean media.
She was 52. She started her acting career in 1997 with a role in the film “Maria And The Inn.” Her recent projects were “Hijack 1971” and “Strong Girl Nam-soon.” Park Ji-ah’s wake is at the Asan Medical Center Funeral Hall in Seoul.
Her funeral will be held on Oct. 2..
