The Finals Season 4 is nearly here! It is set to arrive in just a few days, and to say the community is excited would be a huge understatement. Recently, Embark showed off the upcoming chapter over the weekend at San Diego TwitchCon. While the event was very informative, the developer has had to clarify that The Finals Season 4 is not adding an “oopsie” made during the event .

0 , which is the last hotfix for Season 3. We’re hopeful S4 will bring back special events last seen in S2 , and Embark has already begun teasing a new feature that will hopefully arrive by S5 . Fans have a lot to anticipate as there is a new map, new weapons and gadgets, the addition of sponsors, a fresh battle pass, and so much more.
However, while there is a lot of new content arriving, Embark is not adding a new mode despite suggestions from the TwitchCon preview event. The Finals Season 4 is not adding new Cashout mode Embark had a very successful time at TwitchCon. They revealed a lot of details about the upcoming chapter, and they played the game with content creators as well as fans.
However, there was an “oopsie” made that could lead to some fans believing a new layer is being added to Cashout. That is not the case as explained by the developer. On The Finals’ official Discord , Embark Oscar posted, “I also just want to quickly touch on something from the preview event yesterday: the 3v3v3 cashout mode that was played during the event was not what we intended to play – it was supposed to be Quick Cash – oopsie!”.
Oscar reaffirmed Embark “are not adding a 3v3v3 cashout mode to Season 4, and it will absolutely not be the mode played in Ranked!”. While 3v3v3 is not coming, the good news is that Cashout is returning to Ranked . This is fantastic for the entire fanbase as the biggest bane with Season 3 was Terminal Attack positioned as the Ranked mode at Cashout’s expense.
