They’ve had a tumultuous relationship throughout this year’s season of , but married couple had their during Tuesday night’s episode. Kylie was left outraged after she used their shared phone to message their tiler and discovered that he and her husband had been speaking negatively about her. The tradie had texted Brad saying, “Hahaha Kylie was in an absolute mood tonight”, to which he responded, “Yeah she gets mad and makes it hard”.

The tiler then added, “Don’t bring it up or you’ll ruin today too”. The couple, who have been married for seven years and share four children, then launched into a huge argument as they were about to drive to a challenge with the rest of their co-stars. “Get the f**k out,” she told Brad as she tried to push him out of the car.

“Get out. Honestly, get out.” Kylie told Brad that either she would go to the challenge alone or he would go without her, so he decided to stay on the construction site.

However, she refused to hand over his phone so he could contact tilers to finish their ensuite bathroom. “Not my problem,” she said, although it very much was her problem that they still don't have a tiler locked in for this week. “Give me the phone.

How am I going to do this?” he asked, to which she replied, “I don’t care. You talk s**t about me, you get f**king cut. Close the f**king door.

” Brad then tried to snatch the phone from Kylie’s hands and said, “You will get over this”. “No I won’t,” she replied, before ultimately pushing him out of the car and attending the challenge solo. Host poked fun at Brad’s absence at the beginning of the challenge and asked Kylie if he was “in the dog house”.

“He is 100 per cent in the dog house,” she shared. “I apologise, but it’s either me or him and I think I’m much nicer to deal with than Bradley.” Viewers were divided on social media following Kylie and Brad’s fight, with many arguing that both team members should be required to attend the challenge no matter their excuses.

“I do think there should be a rule that if both contestants are not there they should be disqualified and have to forgo some work hours. I bet Kylie would have let him come if that was the case,” one person wrote. “If contestants forgo a challenge they should be penalised the same number of hours as the challenge that everyone else has to do so there is no advantage,” another added, while a third asked, “Where's Kylie's penalty for kicking Brad out?”.

Others also said Brad didn’t deserve a penalty because it wasn’t his fault he was absent, and questioned why Channel Nine would air their fight in the first place. “That was awkward to watch. Again the show is providing these scenes as ‘entertainment viewing’ for a supposedly renovation show?” one viewer remarked.

“Role reversal and if that had been a male speaking to and interacting with a female in that way everyone would be outraged and coming at Channel Nine for even showing it,” someone else shared. According to , multiple sources have confirmed that Brad has moved out of their family home in Cairns, Queensland and the parents of four are taking a break from their relationship. “They have been going through a tough time and what their relationship status will be when the show ends is undetermined,” an insider told the publication.

“They don’t feel comfortable talking about anything that goes down yet because they are dealing with the aftermath.” has also reported that the couple will make an abrupt exit from the competition at the end of week 12, and it's unconfirmed if they will make an appearance at the upcoming auction..
