Nestled near Bologna, Dozza is home to around 6,000 residents and is surrounded by scenic hills. Its historic 13th-century Dozza Castle, constructed from red brick, also houses the Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna in its cellars. There is also a wine shop and bar, which offers beautiful wines from across the region.
