Starr’s remarks serve as the first real confirmation of Keoghan’s casting, following months of speculation about the project. The four films are set to be released separately by Sony Pictures, with Mendes taking the helm for each instalment.
Alongside Keoghan, Harris Dickinson , Paul Mescal , and Joseph Quinn are reportedly in talks to play John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and George Harrison, respectively. However, none of these other castings have been officially confirmed. While Dickinson and Mescal have responded to casting rumours, both have remained coy, neither confirming nor denying their involvement.
