Sasha Mielczarek has finally sold his lavish Bowral home after failing to get an offer at auction and slashing the price. In April, Sasha, 44, then lowered the price of the property - located in Bowral, 116km from Sydney in the Southern Highlands - by $300,000 to $2.9million.

Seven months after first going on the market, Sasha has finally sold the home, known as Chester, for an undisclosed price at around $2.7million, according to The Daily Telegraph. Sasha bought the rundown 1890s cottage with his mother Kym in 2020 for $1.



3million and has given it a full renovation, complete with a new roof and windows. Now, the luxurious three-bathroom home is a delightful mix of Old World charm with modern elegance and even boasts a separate self-contained studio apartment.
