The astonishing price college football fan was charged for pizza and bucket of chicken in VIP suite READ MORE: Kirk Herbstreit reveals new 'travel buddy' on College GameDay set By OLIVER SALT Published: 19:02, 18 November 2024 | Updated: 19:04, 18 November 2024 e-mail 16 View comments A college football fan was left stunned after being charged an eye-watering three-figure sum for pizza and chicken at a game on Saturday. Sports bettor Bill Krackomberger revealed on X that one of his friends was hit with an insane bill after ordering food in a VIP suite at Allegiant Stadium, where the University of Nevada , Las Vegas was taking on San Diego State. After receiving six slices of pepperoni pizza and a standard bucket of tenders, the friend in question had to fork out a staggering $653.

Krackomberger shared photos online of the food and the check, which shows that the pizza alone was priced at an inexplicable $300 - working out as $50 per slice. The 'crispy chicken tenders' then cost $190, while there was also just over $163 to pay in administrative charges and taxes. The pizza sold to the fan in the Allegiant Stadium suite appears to have come from Las Vegas restaurant 'Pizza Rock'.

Friend of mine had a VIP box for yesterday’s UNLV game. Ordered a pizza and wings. Never realized what it was going to cost for this slop.
