The incident, which occurred on Wednesday, resulted in one fatality and seven injuries when the Tesla vehicle burst into flames and detonated outside the Las Vegas hotel owned by President-elect Donald Trump. During a press briefing, officials from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police and Clark County Fire Department confirmed the death within the futuristic pickup.

He noted that the Cybertruck's design helped limit collateral damage, as the explosion was directed upwards through the vehicle, leaving the external frame largely unscathed. McMahill reported that seven bystanders sustained minor injuries, with some requiring hospital treatment.



In a personal note, McMahill extended gratitude to Tesla CEO Elon Musk for his cooperation, stating: "He gave us a lot of information on how the vehicle was locked. And being able to capture all the video from the Tesla charging stations across the country.", reports the Express US .

The fire broke out in the valet area of the Trump International.
