. The Tempur-Adapt ProAdjust Pillow is packed with a blend of shredded Tempur Material and polyester fibers, yielding deep contouring with ample support. This was ideal for our tester, who holds a lot of tension in her neck and shoulders after long hours working at a laptop.
Unlike other shredded fill pillows she's tried, our tester seldom had to reshape the ProAdjust every morning (lazy people, rejoice!) The ProAdjust Pillow has a 6.5" loft, which our tester found suitable as a side-sleeper with a broader frame. While it arrives overstuffed and you can remove the fill to make it flatter to suit your body type and sleep style, it doesn't include a spare bag of fill if you want to make it taller or to refresh it occasionally.
