In the words of Taylor Swift, 'It's Nice To Have A Friend", but we can imagine it must be really nice to count the singer as a friend. The Eras Tour star just shared a special show of support for her 'Fortnight' collaborator Post Malone, who has released his debut country album. Titled 'F-1 Trillion', Malone's new release features multiple collaborations with country music stars, and it's got the backing of Swift, who took to Instagram to praise her friend's musical talent.

In a post shared on her Instagram Stories over the weekend, the songwriter praised Malone, also known as Austin Richard Post. "Was lucky enough to hear this amazing music on set of the 'fortnight' video when Austin played it for me," Swift penned. "It's incredible how versatile his artistry is.

And just the most down to earth guy alive." As Malone promotes his new work, several Swifties will be hoping he might drop by the Eras Tour for a surprise performance. Swift, who has one remaining tour date in the UK, previously welcomed Ed Sheeran onstage at Wembley Stadium on Thursday.

The friends performed a mash-up of their song 'Everything Has Changed', Swift's track 'End Game' and Sheeran's hit 'Thinking Out Loud'. When Swift performed three nights at Wembley in June, she also invited Hayley Williams, Gracie Abrams, and Travis Kelce to perform onstage, adding to speculation she could have more surprise guests lined up for her final UK show. Harry Styles has been named as another potential guest by fans and so too has the band Haim.

All the while, there are also rumours swirling surrounding 'Reputation (Taylor's Version)' as fans suspect Swift will soon release the re-recorded album. There are too many possible clues to count but Swift's recent surprise songs might just be the most convincing hint of all. On Saturday, the singer performed her final unplayed 'Reputation' surprise song, teasing the crowd by telling them 'I Did Something Bad' is one of her favourite songs.
