Listen to Story Pop singer Taylor Swift is dominating the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards as the leading nominee with 10 nominations, followed by Post Malone with nine. The nominations were announced on Tuesday, August 6. Airing in September this year, the award show will be held in New York City for the first time.
Singer-songwriter Taylor Swift has secured eight nominations for her 'Fortnight' music video (song of the year, best collaboration, best pop, best cinematography, best editing, best visual effects and best art direction) and additional nods for Artist of the Year and Best Pop. She is also the only artist to be nominated in the best direction category for directing her own music video.
