INDIANAPOLIS In two days, Swifties will be saying, "There goes the last great American city." "What an absolute thrill it is to get to say these words to you tonight, Indianapolis, Indiana. Welcome to the Eras Tour," said with a blue guitar slung over her shoulder during the "Lover" era.

To the 69,000 fans inside, the singer confirmed the Indiana stop was indeed the final U.S. stadium on the tour.

"We decided we have got to end this tour in front of the most dedicated, passionate, beautiful, enthusiastic, excitable crowd," she added. "So we decided that the very last U.S.

city of the Eras Tour would be right here in Indianapolis, Indiana. And I can already tell we made the best decision possible.” Fans had hoped Swift might return to Los Angeles as a surprise show after Swift never thanked the City of Angels in August 2023 like she did with other cities.

To be fair, she did make a post after the show talking about her "1989 (Taylor's Version)" announcement, but she didn't make a direct thank you. Swift said during her , that she would end the behemoth show in December. "This is the very first time I’ve ever acknowledged to myself and admitted that this tour is going to end in December," the singer said to the English audience in June during her "All Too Well" speech.

She has two more stops in Canada, with her last show . . .
