T-ara's Jiyeon and baseball player Hwang Jae Gyun are divorced! The former couple finalised their separation after mediation in court, putting an end to their two-year marriage. As per Allkpop, Jiyeon's representative confirmed the news stating, "It's true that Jiyeon's divorce has reached a settlement." Korean media outlet Newsis reported on Thursday, November 21, that Jiyeon and Hwang agreed on the division of property and more through mediation that took place on November 20 between the legal teams of both sides at the Seoul Family Court.

The singer had previously told her fans, "I'm sorry to bring you unfortunate news. We have decided to undergo the mediation process for divorce by mutual consent.
But I promise to greet you with a good image in the future." T-ara's Jiyeon and Hwang Jae-gyun's wedding T-ara's Jiyeon and Hwang Jae-Gyun tied the knot in Seoul at a private wedding ceremony on December 10, 2022. Jiyeon's longtime friend IU and FTISLAND's Lee Hong-Ki sang the celebratory song on the big day.
