Luxury cruise expedition line Ponant has promised “the ultimate golf trip” as part of its Best of New Zealand summer of 2025 itinerary. The nine-night sailing aboard the luxurious Le Jacques-Cartier combines a premium golf experience at three courses — Summerhill Estate Golf Course, Poverty Bay Golf Club and Cape Kidnappers — with a voyage from Auckland down NZ’s east coast, featuring wildlife, dramatic landscapes and cultural visits spanning the north and south islands. There is an included excursion per person at each Best of New Zealand port of call including Waiheke Island; Tauranga; Gisborne; Napier; Wellington; Marlborough Sounds to Picton; and ending in Lyttelton.
