THE LATEST fundraising challenge to support Louis Perrin, a dedicated Wrexham AFC fan living with a rare genetic condition, will see four individuals cycling from Swansea to Wrexham. John Hodges, James Buchanan, Andy Wainwright and Dawn Samuels are tackling an epic cycle challenge with a distance of approximately 150-miles. The fundraiser is in aid of five-year-old Louis who suffers from TUBA1A, Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy.

The cycle challenge is the latest mission to raise additional funds to allow Louis to grow and reach his full potential and independence. Specifically, the funds will ensure his new bedroom is wheelchair friendly, has enough space for parents and carers to provide care, a ground floor wet room to supply intimate and eventually independent self-care.

So far, an incredible total of £1,640 has been raised for the worthy cause. See the Just Giving page here . The event will take place on August 31, leaving at approximately 3.

30am with the aim to arrive in Wrexham 15-hours later. John Hodges, organiser of the event and family member to Louis, said: "We are really looking forward to the challenge and raising as much as we can for Louis.
