Local 1 members are the real people who keep El Dorado County running; we are your neighbors, parents picking our kids up from the same schools, the friendly faces at community events. The harsh reality is that we are struggling to live in the county we work so hard for. Year after year, the Board of Supervisors refuses to negotiate reasonably with our union.
