Sunday Brunch fans all share the very same complaint as many opt to switch off the Channel 4 cooking show. Viewers took to X - formerly known as Twitter - to express they were tuning out after discovering todays (Sunday 29 September) line up. Online users were less-than-impressed with the cast which included Lulu, Craig David, Chris Chung, Alexandra Roach and Wings of Desire.
Some internet goers were delighted to see singing sensation Lulu on the programme, even calling for her to be "knighted to Dame", while many others claimed "it was too early" for her bubbly personality as they vowed to tune out and begged for her to "calm down". Just minutes into the show, Lulu was speaking about life growing up, recalling a moment when her family had been so "poor" that her Scottish father "could only afford to buy half bottle of whiskey", she then lunged into the accent which didn't go down well with fans. One person asked: "How many accents has Lulu got? #sundaybrunch," as another declared: "Lulu needs to calm down on #sundaybrunch.
It's too early for any of her accents." While others added: "Lulu & Craig David are the guests on #sundaybrunch today so I'm giving it a miss," and "What an absolutely p***-poor lineup today. Turning off #SundayBrunch.
" More comments read: " #sundaybrunch @sundaybrunch Lulu is the only one I have heard of and they had better let her shout," and "B****y Lulu," while one frustrated person vented: "Oh f*** off." Meanwhile, a few weeks ago the show was left in.
