Sumedh Mudgalkar, who shot to fame with the show RadhaKrishn, has suffered a major injury while shooting for his upcoming project. The actor took to Instagram and revealed that he fractured his nasal bone while filming an action sequence. Sumedh shared a note on Instagram in which he has given his health update along with a picture of his face covered with bandage.
