The outing comes after Katya shared a sweet tribute to her pal and former Strictly partner Adam Peaty , after watching him win silver in the 100m breast-stroke final in Paris. The professional dancer was paired with the swimmer, 29, on the show in 2021 and was in the stands supporting him alongside his son George, three, and his girlfriend Holly Ramsay. She took to her Instagram to share a slew of videos and snaps cheering Adam on as he came in joint-second with Nic Fink, with Nicolo Martinenghi taking gold.

Katya also shared a touching tribute on Monday to the Olympian, showing their close friendship had persisted beyond their time on Strictly, as the show is facing an ongoing crisis over allegations from previous contestants. She posted a string of snaps, including selfies with Adam, alongside her best friend and fellow Olympian Aimee and a group shot with Holly, George and Adam's mother Caroline in the stands. I have so much respect for this guy. Such a wholesome human, which shows in and out of the pool. 'As he said, in his heart he has won.

And he will always be our champion. Well done @melmarshallmassive , we know it won’t be possible without you. They will love you always and regardless of any results.' An emotional Adam broke down in tears during a TV interview, before making his way to the stands to embrace his loved ones, giving both Holly and George a hug and a kiss. In the interview he choked up recalling just how hard it has been for him to even make it to Paris, having taken time out last year and almost quitting the sport after suffering depression .

'It's been a very long way back,' said Adam. 'I gave it my absolute all there. It doesn't matter what the time says, or the result, because in my heart I have already won.

'I'm not crying because I've come second. I am crying because it just took so much to get here. These are happy tears because I have given it my absolute best every single day and I can't be upset about that.

Professional Graziano Di Prima , 30, was axed from the show following claims he hit and spat at his dancing partner Zara McDermott , 27, during rehearsals. Further reports said he had been accused of 'chasing' after Zara while 'screaming abuse,' leaving her so frightened that she 'locked herself in a toilet', as well as 'called her nasty names, asked if she had gained weight and was forceful' leaving her 'visibly demoralised' and 'in tears.

' Graziano later admitted to kicking the Love Island star and apologised to her in a statement, but added other allegations do not align with 'how he remembers it.' Zara herself previously claimed in a statement there had been 'particular incidents inside the training room which were incredibly distressing', but did not report the incidents at the time as she was 'scared' of backlash. Weeks before, Giovanni Pernice, 33, was suspended while a BBC probe is conducted over claims of off-camera misconduct made by Amanda Abbington , 50, and two other former celeb partners.

Last week, the actress appeared in an emotionally charged interview with Channel 4 , where she compared the show to 'the trenches' and claims BBC producers had been left 'horrified' by clips that also allegedly exhibited 'humiliating behaviour of a sexual nature'. Captioning the photos, she gushed: 'He did it. I have so much respect for this guy.

Such a wholesome human, which shows in and out of the pool' She posted a string of snaps, including selfies with Adam, alongside her best friend and fellow Olympian Aimee Fuller and a group shot with Holly, George and Adam's mother Caroline The Sherlock star sensationally quit the dance competition last year citing 'personal reasons' before reports surfaced that she had demanded footage of her rehearsals after the experience with the show and her dance partner left her with PTSD. Giovanni, who has strongly denied any threatening or abusive behaviour, stepped down from the show, with the BBC later launching a probe over claims of off-camera misconduct made by Amanda as well as other celebrities. Amanda has now claimed claimed that Giovanni was trying to her legal team from accessing up to 50 hours of 'toxic' footage' after producers were forced to put cameras in the dance studio after following her bullying complaint to the BBC.

A spokesperson for Giovanni refuted the claims, saying: 'The BBC has shared the allegations they have been able to substantiate with us. They do not resemble Amanda's latest allegations, given to Channel 4, in any shape or form. Giovanni refutes any claim of threatening or abusive behaviour.
