Having graced our screens for the past 10 weeks, the former TOWIE star has given an insight into his softer side, and took his dance partner Jowita Przystal to one of his 'favourite places' during their rehearsals this week. On Saturday ( 23 November, the 36 year old performed a Tango to Easy Lover by Philip Bailey Jr & Phil Collins with Jowita Przystal , which saw them scoop up a total of 29 points. While their dance was graceful and near-perfection, Pete's VT over the weekend caught the attention of viewers at home.



Pete took Jowita to a dog rehoming centre in Essex he often visits - sharing that it was like "coming home". Pete described it as a "safe place" with the dogs making him feel "happy and calm". This led to Strictly viewers demanding for Pete to become the host of a popular TV show, having shown his softer size and undeniable love for the animals.

Taking to Facebook, one fan wrote: "I think Pete should host For The Love Of Dogs he has a lovely soft side with animals." The post saw hundreds of likes and a bundle of comments from those in agreement. One wrote: "I was thinking the same", as a second added: "Such a caring man with a beautiful heart.
