STRICTLY Come Dancing descended into chaos as Wynne Evans was left calling out his co-star live on air. The GoCompare advert star made his feelings known about footballing pro Paul Merson during the BBC dance contest. Following Paul's performance to Vindaloo with Karen Hauer , he headed upstairs to chat to Claudia Winkleman about the routine and to get his scores from the judges.

However, mid-way through the chat, the pair were interrupted by co-star, opera singer Wynne. He called Paul out live for repeatedly addressing him as Gwyn during their time spent sharing a dressing room with one another. Shooting a subtle dig, he said: "Can i just congratulate Karen, right? Read More on Strictly "Because I've been sharing a dressing with Mers for a fortnight, and he still thinks my name is Gwyn, so how she taught him anything is beyond me.

" The studio descended into chaos as they all burst out laughing at Wynne's unexpected outburst. Karen appeared to find the remark that funny that she buckled down to her knees as she was seemingly left unable to compose herself after the quip. Claudia them remarked to Wynne "we love you" as she continued on with the show after the moment.

Most read in Reality Following Paul's performance, he managed to score 17 which placed him second from the bottom of the leaderboard. He managed to bag five more points than 80s singer Toyah Wilcox who found herself savaged by the Strictly judges. Both Craig Revel Horwood and Shirley Ballas scored Toyah a 2 out of 10 while Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke opted to pass a score of 4 earning her a shockingly low total of 12.

One of their main criticisms was that Toyah found herself being dragged across the dancefloor by Neil. Craig said to the singer: "You were leaping around like a Springbok, darling. This is like a prowling dance.

"You should be in your knees, you know, and I felt like you were being lifted. You went up on the wrong foot a couple of times as well. We lost timing.

We lost connection." Shirley went on to add: "I actually think it does matter, and I think what Craig said is absolutely right, so please hold her hand while I deliver this message. "Unfortunately, less is more, and poor Neil looked like he was going for a walk in park with you.

I've danced with Neil, and he's beautiful to dance with, so we need listening skill.".
