The panellist of this episode were Samay Raina himself, celebrity Raghu Ram, comedian Tanmay Bhat, neurologist Dr Sid Warrier, and Balraj Singh Ghai. One particular joke made by a stand-up comedian about Deepika Padukone's depression went viral on the internet.
A woman named Bunty Banerjee participated in the show and delivered a standup performance that got people talking. The comedian joked about her origins being a Bengali woman raised in Bihar. She then shared her experience as a mother of a two-year-old and cracked the joke about Deepika.
