Stacey Solomon has proudly shown off her bikini body as she opened up about the pressure to look picture-perfect. The mum-of-five, 34, is sunning herself abroad with her kids and husband, Joe Swash , 42, and looks gorgeous in her latest Instagram post, which has gone down a storm with fans. Sharing photos of herself playing with Rose, two, on the beach, sporting a striking yellow bikini and a smile a mile wide, the Sort Your Life Out star admitted she hadn't been to the gym as much as she did last year and was "worried" people would notice.
However, uploading the sunny snaps, Stacey told her legion of loyal fans she can see she's "still so beautiful" as she urged them not to "measure beauty against anyone else". Captioning the photos, she said: "I haven’t committed to the gym this year the way I was able to last year. I don’t know why but For some reason I was conscious about it before coming away.
I worried people would notice (so silly I know as I usually don’t even think about those things, but I felt a weird pressure). "However looking back on pics from the beach yesterday I can see I’m still so beautiful. I look A little different from my last holiday but just as beautiful.
" Adding she is trying to be a good role model to her daughters, Rose and Belle, one, she added: "Doing my everything to make sure my girls know how beautiful they are and don’t measure their beauty against anyone else. And do the things they love because they make them feel good, not look a certain way." Stacey's fans flocked to compliment her after her positive post, with many praising the Dagenham-born star for being so down to earth.
One replied: "You are one of the only true, normal, down to earth celebs and is why I love to follow you. You look amazing Stacey you always do." Another said: "Stacey, you're beautiful, you've had babies and you're loving life, that's all that matters.

An insider says Stacey was originally hesitant to appear in the series, fearing it would be too intrusive. But fans are eagerly awaiting the chance to learn more about the big brood behind the closed doors of Pickle Cottage. Stacey’s sons Zachary, 16, and Leighton, 13, as well as Rex, five, Rose, two and one-year-old Belle, who she shares with Joe, are also set to appear in the new show.
Speaking to Closer, an insider said: “Stacey and Joe are such homebodies and love nothing more than spending time with their children.
