Monday, September 9, 2024 SriLankan Airlines and flydubai, the Dubai-based airline, have unveiled a new interline partnership, effective from 09 September 2024. This collaboration will open up enhanced travel options between Sri Lanka, the UAE, and various international destinations, offering expanded connectivity on select routes within both airlines’ networks. Through this agreement, travelers flying with SriLankan Airlines will enjoy smooth connections via Dubai’s busy aviation hub to more than 30 destinations served by flydubai.

These include a variety of unique locations across Africa, Central Asia, Central and Southeast Europe, and the Middle East. Noteworthy destinations include Bucharest, Istanbul, Krakow, Mombasa, Naples, Sofia, Tashkent, and Zanzibar. Conversely, flydubai passengers will gain access to 16 key destinations within SriLankan Airlines’ extensive network, covering Southern and East Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.



Popular stops on this route network include Melbourne, Seoul, Singapore, and Tokyo. “We are excited to partner with flydubai to provide our passengers seamless connections and greater convenience.
