“It’s truly a great experience and I’m really proud of it” Vogue and Spencer Spencer Matthews has revealed details of his new podcast series having quit the popular one he co-hosted with wife Vogue Williams. The ‘Made in Chelsea’ star said earlier he was “moving on” from Spencer & Vogue, as well as his other two podcasts, Big Fish and 6 Degrees, to focus on his “next move in podcasting”. His new podcast Untapped will feature athletes, scientists and thinkers and will focus on the endurance potential of the human body, although he will only appear in the first episode of the series.

The TV personality revealed he had a “moment of clear realisation” while completing 30 desert marathons in 30 days last year. This inspired him to change the direction of his work. He wrote online: “Running through the Jordanian desert several months ago was a transformative and meaningful time in my life, during which, I had a moment of clear realisation.



“I am proof that it’s never too late to change your habits reframe your boundaries and be truly open to your potential. Let’s share stories and drive each other forward.” He added that the aim is to “build a community so that we can all share and be inspired by one another - where we challenge ourselves and help each other to achieve incredible things.

“Our first episode will launch this Monday, January 27th and at this time will be my only podcast. You will also be able to watch full visual episodes every we.
