The event marked the West Coast’s biggest live New Year’s celebration, as viewers were captivated by a breathtaking blend of lights, drones, fireworks, and music.
The excitement reached its peak at 11:52 PM when 500 drones filled the sky, showcasing awe-inspiring formations next to the Space Needle. These included the recognizable tailfin of Alaska Airlines, a surfer representing the vibrant culture of San Diego, and an immense octopus wrapping itself around the Needle, adding a whimsical touch to the show. As the clock struck midnight, a dazzling light and firework finale erupted, creating the largest fireworks display ever launched from the structure, leaving the crowd in awe as they rang in the new year.
