Guests on this inaugural journey explored the wonders of South Georgia , the South Shetland Islands , and the Antarctic Peninsula , marking the start of an extraordinary season spanning October 29, 2024, to March 10, 2025.
Silversea’s fleet, comprising Silver Endeavour, Silver Wind, and Silver Cloud , will host 34 immersive voyages, offering travelers the most comprehensive and diverse Antarctic experiences available. Silver Endeavour’s first voyage of the season has already created remarkable moments for its guests. Highlights included an encounter with a pod of approximately 50 orca whales , a rare landing at Baily Head in the South Shetland Islands—home to 45,000 pairs of chinstrap penguins —and scenic explorations of South Georgia, Wilhelmina Bay, and Neko Harbour.
