K-pop newly debuted girl group Hearts2Hearts has been under scrutiny after an anonymous post accused Ian of a troubling and violent past.

In response, SM Entertainment has firmly stated that it will not tolerate defamatory remarks or malicious rumours targeting the group. With the allegations against Ian spreading quickly, the agency has taken legal action to address the false claims and safeguard its artists. SM Entertainment hits back at bullying allegations against Hearts2Hearts’ Ian On February 26, SM Entertainment released an official statement on the matter.



As reported by Soompi, the company stated, “We have identified the circulation of false information, defamatory remarks, and malicious content targeting our artists Hearts2Hearts. In response, we have initiated legal procedures to address these violations.” The agency further stated that sharing unverified rumours or manipulating information is a serious legal offence.

“The creation and spread of unverified rumours or manipulated claims constitute clear violations of the law. We firmly state that we will take strong legal action without any leniency or settlement against such illegal activities,” SM Entertainment affirmed. The company assured fans that it is actively monitoring the situation and will take every neces.
