Set for release on November 1 via Loma Vista, the extended version of the record includes the previously released, stripped-back ‘Frayed Rope Sessions’, as well as special live versions of the tracklist captured at The Forum in Melbourne. It also contains three brand new songs that the duo recorded during the original ‘Little Rope’ album sessions. ‘This Time’ follows on from the first new track to be shared: ‘Here Today’.
As for the new song, ‘This Time’ begins with a steady drumbeat, as the pensive lyrics grow in momentum. “ If you keep answering then I’ll keep callin’/ Won’t you let it ring, render me forgotten/ I’m right, this time I know I’m right/ I’ve got to be, ” they sing in the opening verse.
