Next-day delivery is also available through Rocket Luxury, Coupang ’s service targeting high-end items and cosmetics. Coupang will celebrate the launch with a promotional event that runs through Aug. 11 that will include lucky box events and cash rewards programs.
Customers who spend 400,000 won ($293) or more on SK-II products will receive a package that includes lotion and a mask pack. Those who spend 800,000 won or more will receive essence lotion and a moisturizer, and purchases of 1.2 million won or more will get essence cream, moisturizer, clear lotion and a mask at no extra charge.
There will also be a 10 percent cashback event for all customers subscribed to the monthly WOW membership subscription, with customers of the WOW card, a credit card released in collaboration with KB Kookmin Card, receiving an extra four percent cashback. The cashback will be offered through Coupang’s in-house point system, Coupang Cash, and will be capped at 150,000 won a day. “We plan to continuously introduce global premium brands [to Rocket Luxury] that meet the demand of our customer base,” the company said Tuesday.
