SISTER Wives’ Kody and Robyn Brown took out a $1.6 million loan on their new $2.1 million Arizona mansion after they took their marital home off the market.

Kody , 55, and Robyn , 46, purchased a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in Flagstaff, Arizona for $2,100,000 on October 24. In the Deed of Trust exclusively obtained by The U.S.



Sun, Kody and Robyn took out a loan for $1,680,000, which is 20 percent of the purchase price. They put a down payment of $420,000. The couple, who have five children together, are required to pay the debt in monthly installments by November 1, 2054.

The home will be their primary residence, according to the documents.
