LookFantastic has dropped the price of Jean Paul Gaultier's iconic Gaultier Divine by 15% . The amber floral scent is normally £74 for the smallest bottle but now you can snap it up for £62.90.

The nose behind this fragrance is Quentin Bisch. Bisch has worked on over 150 perfumes including Parfums de Marly Delina series , Carolina Herrera's Good Girl and Bad Boy , Jean Paul Gaultier's La Belle and Le Beau . Divine opens up with notes of calypsone - which smells like sea breeze and watermelon, red berries and bergamot.

The heart is where it turns floral with Lily, Ylang-Ylang and Jasmine. The base notes are a balance of sweet and soothing with meringue, musk and patchouli. 7 out of five on LookFantastic . One shopper wrote: "This really does smell Divine. It's very different to any other fragrances I own.

I love the slightly salty scent I get from this accompanied by the sweetness of meringue. Bottle is so pretty too." A second penned: "This smells so different from JPG usual perfumes.

It smells so good, I can really pick up the salt and meringue in this. It's quickly become my favourite scent for this season. A third said: "This perfume is so sexy, it has a floral and vanilla scent, it lasts well and projects well and I always get so many compliments when I wear it! The bottle is amazing too.

" A fourth added: "The name says it all! This perfume is absolutely DIVINE!! Get so many compliments when wearing it!" Our very own Jada Jones has tried the scent and said: "This perfume reminds me of dressing up with a cocktail in hand. There's an undeniable sophistication to the scent and despite having some sweet notes in there it is not a sweet scent. I find the floral notes really come through so if you're a fan of that in your perfume it's a great option.

"The bottle is beautiful although it doesn't have a traditional lid which can make it challenging if you want to throw it in your bag." The main complaints are that it's simply not a match for their personal preferences, with one saying they expected it to be less sweet. They wrote: "This is really different! I loved the top notes which were really fresh but found it got very sweet later on, I got complimented but found it was not to my personal tastes overall It’s strong and has great lasting power though, one if you like sweet perfumes!" This is a great option for fans of Yves Saint Laurent's Libre (£76.
