The couple have been travelling around Italy this week, sailing around the Aeolian Islands before heading to Nerano where they enjoyed a spot of lunch at renowned restaurant Lo Scoglio.
Before heading to shore, David made the most of the sunshine as he stripped down to his blue swimming trunks to top up his tan. The former footballer, 49, showed off his muscular tattooed physique as he relaxed on a sun lounger before descending the steps and launching himself into the water.
