She seemed in good spirits as she revealed she is 'taking care of herself' while soaking up the sun on a lavish getaway. The BBC star revealed she always starts her year by looking after her body before taking some time for herself in the summer ahead of Strictly airing. She wrote: 'Every year kickstarting my whole body, juicing, working out and relaxing with some amazing spa treatments.

'I'm absolutely exhausted so this always gives me that bounce in my step again and helps me to feel so much better. 'So I'm truly grateful that I am able to do this while I'm in New York and get a pimp in my step.' Anton's wife Hannah shared a heartfelt message to Anton alongside snaps of his six-year-old twins George and Henrietta.
