Snooker sensation Shaun Murphy is making waves both on and off the green baize this campaign. Not only has he been potting balls with impressive flare under new coach Peter Ebdon's guidance – nabbing his second Masters crown at Alexandra Palace a couple of months back – but he's also made no secret of his desire for snooker rule reforms. While his game flourishes, The Magician has openly laid his thoughts upon the World Snooker Tour throughout the season, suggesting several changes he believes would benefit the sport.

More recently, Murphy, 42, went on a tirade about the extended time players take for loo breaks, though that controversial topic pales in comparison to his other suggested alterations.
