Born in Troy, November 9, 1945, daughter of the late Frank and Ann Sadowski Tafuto, Sharon was a proud 1963 graduate of Mechanicville High School, a 1968 graduate of Troy School of Beauty and later in life earned a Licensed Practical Nursing degree and cared for patients at St. John Neuman's Residence in Saratoga Springs for years. Sharon was a caring person who was devoted to her children, especially her grandkids and always put the people she loved first.

She was a dedicated nurse and a devout catholic who never wavered in her faith. Sharon possessed an amazing sense of humor and was a fantastic storyteller. In her free time she loved nothing more than going out to dinner, telling jokes and stories, and to then to the movies.



Sharon always displayed an indomitable strength and will throughout her life no matter the adversity. She will be sorely missed by those who loved her and her loss is immeasurable, particularly to her children and her grandson Andre. In addition to her parents, Sharon was sadly predeceased by her grandson Anthony Poselovich.

Survivors include her adored son Jason and wife Catherine Poselovich and their cherished son Andre of Victor, her beloved daughter Marisa Poselovich of Rochester, also special friends Mary Gentiluomo and Jean Palmo of Ballston Spa, several cousins, nieces, nephews and longtime friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 a.m.

at All Saints on the Hudson Church, 121 No. Main St, Mechanicville, with burial to follow in St. Paul's Cemetery.

Relatives and friends will be received at the Church from 10 to 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Sharon's name to her late grandson Anthony's memorial foundation, the Anthony Poselovich memorial foundation, PO Box 1123 Fairport NY 14450.
