Having a passion to share your culture and home with others is a great drive for a tourism business and in East New Britain Province, there is a lot to share with tourists who come to visit. From authentic World War 2 relics to the fierce volcanic sites and finishing off with charming island picnics, there is a lot to do in Rabaul. Bradley Woo, who owns and manages Mandapai Tours Rabaul is someone who is passionate about nature and sharing the amazing wonders of Rabaul with visitors who comes to the province.
Bardley has started Madapai Tours Rabaul in 2018 with the help of his family members: his father and Mentor Jeffery Woo, Lloyd Woo, his brother who was a Certified Dive Master, Leo Kalasi another Certified Scuba Diver and his mother, Rose Woo who was the one who came up with the name Madapai Tours. His family had grown up in the Tourism business under the guidance of his eldest sister Marsha Woo and her late husband Steven Woolcott who owned Kabaira Dive & Tours in Rabaul. With the experience he had in the industry, along with the local knowledge he had from being raised in Rabaul, and his passion to share with others the natural surroundings with people, he started his business.
He started off with a simple Facebook Page and started marketing his tour packages to locals in and around Kokopo and Rabaul. His first Sea Tour to Small Pidgin Island which included dolphin watch, island picnic and snorkelling attracted as many as 40 people. Madapai Tours Rabaul is a family ori.
