“Today Israel is defending itself on seven fronts against the enemies of civilization,” Netanyahu said. Netanyahu said that Israel is battling Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and Iranian-backed forces in Iraq, Syria and Yemen. He described the attackers as “savages” and claimed that Iran was planning the seven-front war against Israel.
