Get ready for a wild ride as Selling Sunset returns this September with its eighth season, and if the trailer is anything to go by, it's set to be a rollercoaster of drama and nail-biting moments. The hit Netflix series has already given us seven seasons of jaw-dropping real estate, explosive friendship fallouts, fiery arguments, and some serious backstabbing action among the agents. Set against the backdrop of the high-stakes world of luxury real estate at the Oppenheim Group, the show lets fans indulge in the opulence of the properties while keeping them on tenterhooks with all the office tension.

With Season 8 on the horizon, let's stroll down memory lane and revisit the top five most jaw-dropping showdowns from Selling Sunset's history. Chrishell vs Christi ne From the moment Chrishell Stause sashayed into the Oppenheim Group in the first season, she was the epitome of main character vibes, but not everyone was cheering, especially Christine Quinn. Tensions erupted at a swanky party when Christine cornered Chrishell, branding her "fake" and snapping: "When I ask you what did you say and you don't own up to to what you said, it makes you look like a crazy person.

" The clash reached boiling point with Christine's biting remark: "You understand the difference right, or do you still have dementia? " which saw Chrishell making a dramatic exit from the bash. Chrishell opens up about her divorce For those not in the know, Chrishell was wedded to 'This Is Us' star Justin Hartley for a couple of years before their divorce in 2021, with cameras on hand to capture Chrishell's side of the story. In the third season, an emotionally shattered Chrishell confided in her friend Mary Fitzgerald about how she was taken aback by Justin's decision to file for divorce.

She expressed her sorrow: "I loved him so much, this was my best friend, who do I talk to now? ," as she burst into tears. She made a dramatic exit to visit her sister in St Louis but thankfully, she came back and didn't permanently leave the show. Chrishell makes a dramatic exit from Christine's wedding Despite putting on a brave front following her divorce announcement, Chrishell chose to attend Christine's wedding, a decision she might have regretted later.

Most of her co-stars were there to support her, but Davina Potratz was definitely not one of them. Probing her about the news, Davina suggested that there are always two sides to every story and stated: "But Chrishell, obviously Justin has his own side right? ". Not willing to take it, Chrishell stormed out of the party once again, refusing to be subjected to such questioning.

Chrishell and Jason part ways Chrishell began dating her boss Jason Oppenheim in the fifth season and despite reservations from their colleagues, the pair decided to give it a shot before it all ended in tears. She candidly shared her hopes for settling down and having children, but Jason admitted that it just wasn't in the cards for him. In a poignant reunion, Jason confessed he had "f****d up something really good" and sorrowfully noted he'll never "meet someone like her again".

After splitting from Jason, Chrishell found love with musician G-Flip and appears to be loved-up ever since, whereas Jason enjoyed a romance with model Marie-Lou Nurk before parting ways. Christine's final dramatic moment Christine was put on the spot by Jason and Brett following claims she tried swiping clients from co-star Emma Hernan, putting her in quite the bind as season five wrapped up. Increasingly alienated from most of the show's figures, such as Heather Rae El Moussa, Amanza Smith, Mary Fitzgerald, as well as Chrishell and Emma, Christine was left with nowhere to turn.

The closing scenes of the fifth season captured Christine as she pondered over her reflection in the mirror before fading into the shadows, marking a decisive exit and opting out of season six, leaving an unmistakable void for the viewers of Selling Sunset. Selling Sunset Season 8 airs on Netflix on September 6.
