"Get that camera out of my face," she says. Tiesi's reason for leaving had to do with how the Oppenheim Group divides up commissions. She said she was used to a “90/10” split, meaning she kept 90% of the commission, and returned 10% to the brokerage.

Tiesi says Oppenheim asks for 20% to be returned. “For me to walk away with this kind of split is a hard pill to swallow. It isn’t sitting well with me, knowing that I’m losing a lot more of my money than I would lose somewhere else,” she said in Season 7.

Based on the trailer, it's unclear whether this season will resolve that pain point for Tiesi. However, will definitely focus more about how the agents fare in what Oppenheim calls a slow real estate market. Elena Nicolaou is a senior entertainment editor at Today.
