When it opens its doors, Hotel Westland will become the focal point of the RailSpur micro-district in Pioneer Square, a lively cultural destination where art, music, history, and community blend effortlessly. Developed by Urban Villages, a top real estate developer known for its commitment to sustainability, the hotel has been designed by The Miller Hull Partnership with interiors crafted by Curioso.

The property retains the historic charm of the 1907 Manufacturers Exchange Building, preserving its original brick and Douglas Fir timbers. Hotel Westland will offer 120 thoughtfully designed guest rooms, exceptional amenities, a signature dining experience, and Pioneer Square’s first rooftop bar, providing stunning views of Puget Sound and the Seattle skyline. The hotel will also feature a curated collection of 328 Pacific Northwest-inspired art pieces selected by ARTXIV.
